Rachel Yorlets is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the CAUSALab, where she is working on the T32 training program in Comparative Effectiveness Research for Suicide Prevention, co-directed by Miguel Hernán, Matthew Nock, and Philip Wang. Rachel has experience in applying modern causal inference methods to social epidemiology research questions with a focus on health care utilization and alleviating health inequities, often in global settings. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Brown University, where she cross-trained with the Population Studies &amp; Training Center, and an MPH in Epidemiology from Boston University, where she has also completed postdoctoral training.
